How To Order

Ok. So you’ve found that something special and your wish to place an order. Here’s what to do next:

  1. Print out and complete the order form.
  2. Fax or post your order form back to us at That Something Special. You can also e-mail the details by copying and pasting the order form into a word document and then attaching your saved document to the e-mail.
  3. We will contact you upon receipt of your order form (within 24 hours) to confirm all your details and any special requirements that you may have (such as ribbon colour etc) prior to commencement of your order.
  4. A 50% deposit is required prior to the commencement of your order. Please see our friendly payment options for further information about ways to make your payment.
  5. On completion of your order we will contact you to confirm your postal details and the balance of payment required including postage charges.  Please note that under no circumstances will orders be shipped until payment confirmation has been received.

Please ensure that your Surname and your Wedding Date are included in the Payee reference / description for EFT payments or on the back of the cheque / money order, where this method of payment is used.

 

Please note that orders can not commence, nor will they be shipped under any circumstance, until confirmation has been received that funds have been cleared by our bank.
